All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our dedicated atelier in China, where each piece is crafted and fulfilled in close collaboration with our trusted production partner. Global shipping is managed via Yodel, subject to their international coverage.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Standard delivery generally requires 2 to 3 weeks, though delivery may extend to 4 to 6 weeks depending on regional customs clearance and transit times.

Express shipping is available in select territories, with delivery expected within 7 business days of dispatch.
Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on current international rates and trade tariffs. Please note these rates fluctuate and fall outside of our direct control.
Tracking & Shipment Updates

All shipments include limited tracking; full tracking is available once the parcel is within Yodel’s network. Tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch.
International Delivery Scope

We ship worldwide, with the exception of regions not currently serviced by Yodel. Should your address fall outside their operational zones, you will be notified at checkout.
Policy on Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

For parcels that are confirmed lost or stolen, we offer a 50% refund of the order total.

We do not offer refunds for delays unless the carrier has formally classified the parcel as lost.
